Constructed by Rob Mescolotto and his Washington D.C.-based restaurant general contracting firm, Hospitality Construction Services, Pepito is the latest restaurant concept from Mike Isabella.
The Ballston-based, travel-inspired Mexican cantina is the third restaurant Hospitality Construction Services has worked on with Isabella, and it’s located in the same building as a previous collaboration, Kapnos Taverna.
Mescolotto and his team worked closely with Isabella to employ value engineering throughout the build process
Inside a wall of banquettes and chairs colored in pops of chartreuse and periwinkle, facing a bar situated above black and white tiles featuring a Latin design.
Other highlights include A wall of 100 tequila bottles , indoor and outdoor seating.
